Understanding Our Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing that gives you options. Rather than having one high price that really only makes sense for peak times, we offer four pricing tiers so you can choose what works best for your budget and timeline.

Additionally, we offer a Last Minute Booking Discount of 50%
when you book a date in Tier 3 or 4 within 45 days of the event.

Plus, all events lasting longer than 4 hours get one hour FREE!

Our busiest times (warm-weather Saturdays) are in highest demand, while quieter times (weekdays and winter weekends) and last minute bookings offer the best value. This system lets couples with flexible dates save significantly, while having greater availability for those who prefer peak dates.

The Lodge is reserved by the hour, with a 2 or 4 hour minimum, depending on the pricing tier. From there, we offer numerous add-ons, allowing you to customize your gathering without paying for things you don’t need.

Seasons

Our pricing is based on two major “seasons”:

  1. Warm season: May 1 through October 31

  2. Cool season: November 1 through April 30

Camping is not available during the cool season.

Tiers:

  • Tier 1 is most Mondays - Thursdays, year round.

  • Tier 2 is most Fridays and Sundays during the cool season.

  • Tier 3 is most Fridays and Sundays during the warm season PLUS Saturdays during the cool season.

  • Tier 4 is most Saturdays during the warm season.

We’ve assigned each date a Pricing Tier, which you can see on the Calendar on our Pricing & Availability page.

  • We have special pricing for multi-day events that include overnight camping (see below).

  • We also offer numerous add-ons, allowing you to customize your gathering without paying for things you don’t need.

Rental Packages

All rentals include access to the Lodge, Patio, Fire Circle, and Lawn.
Indoor tables & chairs are also included.

Single-Day Rentals

Rentals are available starting as early as 8 am and ending as late as 11 pm.

All set-up & tear-down must occur during your rental time.

Note: Pricing Table includes the 1 free hour discount for events lasting more than 4 hours.

Multi-Day Rentals with Camping
Available May through October

For overnight rentals, check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

The total cost of your event will be equal to your Camping Fee (which is based on the number and type of sites you select) PLUS the Lodge Rental Fee (for 1 or 2 nights).

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability.
